All renters must provide:
A valid government‑issued ID
A matching payment method
A signed rental agreement before pickup
Deposits are returned immediately once the equipment is inspected and confirmed to be in the same condition as when it was picked up.
Pickup and return are by appointment only
Late returns may incur additional fees
Gear must be returned with all accessories included (batteries, cables, mounts, etc.)
Renters are responsible for:
Any damage, loss, or missing items during the rental period
Full replacement cost if equipment is lost, stolen, or returned non‑functional
Normal wear is fine — intentional misuse or negligence is not covered.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup
Same‑day cancellations may incur a small fee
No modification, disassembly, or unsafe operation of any gear.
